What You Need to Know

Aeonstyles now requires a deposit for all bookings to secure your appointment and ensure that your stylist is optimally utilized. This policy helps us reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations, allowing us to provide the best service to all valued clients.

Deposit Amount: A deposit of 25% of the service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be credited towards your final bill.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and the charge of 50% of your appointment .
